Management of purchasing processes in execution projects and coordination of the corresponding process processes with our operating units Compliance and evaluation of offers including the creation of the price level Preparation and implementation of contract negotiations as well as the formal conclusion of supply and subcontractor and planning contracts Development and coordination of purchasing strategies Cooperation with buyers:inside other locations in the Directorate They lead with the:the technical project manager:in the contract and award negotiations and cooperate in the award decision They use digital procurement tools, such as electronic tendering platforms, project and management systems Documentation of all activities, from the creation of bidding circles to the procurement, in the company-wide IT system

A completed training to:wife or a comparable training or an economic study, ideally with the field of construction First shopping experience, ideally from the construction industry English language skills They have a safe occurrence, negotiation skills and entrepreneurial, cost-conscious thinking combined with healthy enforcement Good MS-Office knowledge and RIB iTWO knowledge are desirable Good knowledge of building and contract law and VOB/B as well as a good technical understanding Social competence, team skills and reliability as well as an independent, committed and careful way of working complete your profile
