n.core build is the first quality software for the construction industry and is available both as a web application and as an app. Our goal is to shape the quality confession in the construction industry with n.core build. Our software runs in a Kubernetes cluster within a cloud environment. For further development there is an established DevOps process. n.core build has been successfully deployed in our group since 2015 and has been available for external customers since mid-2020.

For us, quality means more than just managing construction sites. It begins in the planning phase of buildings long before the first excavator rolls onto the construction site. To increase the quality of construction projects, we have developed a web and app application. Analysis of existing processes (e.g. fault management, quality assurance, documenization) and adaptation of software workflows to individual customer requirements Implementation of onboardings, user training (remote and on-site) and support in the introduction of new functions Contact person for customers with technical and application-related questions Creation and maintenance of training documents and documentation Support for the development of best practices Participation in the continuous improvement of our customer-success processes Close cooperation with product management and development for the structured continuation of customer feedback

Completed training or comparable qualification First or multi-year experience in customer contact, support, project work or process environment Experience in construction management, project control or construction is helpful, but no need Ideally experience with software introduction or organizational changes Very good understanding of processes and processes Ability to structure complex relationships Secure appearance to customers
