For the Hamburg Fuhlsbüttel location we are looking for you as Executive Assistant (m/w/d) in full time.

THERE HAVES:

• Coordination of the implementation of objectives and strategic initiatives within the corporate strategy, performance and governance team
• Organization and support of multi-team events such as workshops
• Conducting sound internal and external research and analyses on specific business topics for decision support for the corporate headquarters and the management team
• Interface function between management and the Change Management Office (CMO)
• tracking of transformation goals, results and measures - including follow-ups
• Support for internal communication and preparation and coordination of meetings and updates in the context of change processes

THE BRINGS WITH:

• Complete studies in the field of business management, supply chain / logistics, economics or similar
• At least 4 years of professional experience in assistance
• At least 3 years of professional experience in change management
• At least one year of professional experience in project management
• German and English skills
