Projektmanager (m/w/d) for the circles Tuttlingen, Konstanz, Zollernalbkreis, Bodenseekreis and Sigmaringen In this function you are responsible for the professional and acquisitoral care of the agencies on site with the focus on composite. This includes, in particular, the preparation and accompaniment of appointments in the field of trade and agriculture. Your central tasks include the planning, implementation and follow-up of sales activities in close cooperation with the agencies. In addition, you are responsible for the design and implementation of professional integration and training measures, in particular the introduction of new products. In your role, you promote the implementation of the strategic corporate and sales goals directly on site and thus contribute significantly to the company's sustainable success. As a link between agencies and internal services, you ensure smooth and efficient communication and develop viable solutions while taking into account business interests.

You have completed a training as a merchant for insurance and finance. Alternatively, you will bring a training in combination with very good expertise in the business and/or agricultural business. Your competence is ideally based on a multi-year (distribution) experience in the composite business. In your daily work you convince by strong communication: You're clearly pointing out themes, listening actively and going on. With your persuasiveness, you can combine different perspectives and win people for solutions. Your negotiation skills will help you make sustainable decisions – and your resilience will ensure that you keep track of work-intensive phases. Teamwork is important to you and you're packing up with others. Your profile is rounded off by a pronounced conflict strength: You remain calm, objective and constructive and make sure that challenges lead to good results. You bring a high readiness to travel and appreciate the direct exchange on site.
