Project Coordinator Change Management (m/f/d)

In your role as a project coordinator (m/w/d) in the area of change management, you take over the central interface function between customer, project team and internal departments. Through your structured coordination of changes, you will ensure that you match the contractual content and the services to be provided – so you contribute decisively to a successful project conclusion. Your tasks at a glance: You take responsibility for the entire process of change: from creation to testing to implementation of amendments, notifications and information in accordance with the contractual requirements. In customer appointments and meetings with the contracting authority, customers and external partners, you represent your area of expertise and expertise. In the creation of performance descriptions and the revision of the construction specification, you actively participate and check the revised construction specification formally with regard to the changes to be integrated. Enter and maintain change quantities independently in the Requirement Management tool to ensure complete documentation. You create business-related project procedure instructions for uniform processes, support reporting and provide clear structures in the documentation. In addition, you participate in the development of processes, standards and tools across the project and contribute to the active knowledge transfer in the company.

Completed studies in BWL, change management, economic engineering (focus on mechanical engineering/shipping/plant engineering), project management or organisational development – or comparable commercial training First professional experience (1-2 years) in project or change management, ideally in shipbuilding or in the maritime industry Experience in dealing with contracting authorities or Bundeswehr projects desirable Knowledge of project management Basic technical understanding, ideal for shipbuilding processes and product development cycles Very good knowledge of German and English as well as safe handling of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Organizational talent, team spirit and good time management Analytical, structured and careful operation Self-employed, solution-oriented action and pronounced communication skills Standing for occasional national missions (about 20%)
