Our Renewables team is looking for you!

Construction and management of a team of experts in wind project development Strategic orientation and support of the team across the entire value chain of wind project development Monitoring project development including the identification and safeguarding of land, planning and approval Ensuring compliance with legal regulations and corporate guidelines in project development strategies Coordination of internal specialist departments and external interest groups, such as property owners, municipalities and authorities Support for Acquisition Managers in Area Security and Other Contract Negotiations Representation of the company vis-à-vis politics, authorities, property owners, guardians and local communities Development and implementation of effective strategies for the acquisition and development of wind projects Monitoring the progress of the project and adaptation of the measures to achieve the objectives

A university degree in a relevant area such as geography, urban planning, business management or engineering Vocational training with relevant experience in wind energy Extensive experience in renewable energies, preferably in wind energy Preferably leadership experience with the ability to guide and inspire a team Strong organizational and project management skills Strong team player with a collaborative mindset High level of initiative, resilience and entrepreneurial spirit Excellent communication skills in German Good knowledge of English
