You are a central pillar of our finance team and actively shape the quality and development of our accounting system: You are responsible for compliance with accounting policies and relevant tax requirements. You actively participate in monthly, quarterly and annual accounts and carry out financial statements independently. The current accounting of the asset is in your hand. You set up, report and coordinate the sales tax forecasts as well as the sales tax declaration on your own and enter into the reporting system of income taxes. You carry out AWV and Intrastat reports independently and in time. You monitor bank bookings and make a proper account match. You ensure the correct processing of input invoices and carry out creditory payment runs. With your attention to detail, you are looking for stable processes, clean finishes and high data quality.

You bring expertise, sense of responsibility and joy in precise work with: Completed study of economics or a related course of studies or a commercial training with further education on the account book holder (IHK). Multiannual, relevant professional experience in financial and accounting. Found knowledge of common accounting and ERP systems, ideally MS Dynamics NAV. Very good knowledge of German and basic knowledge of English. High numerical affinity, a structured and careful way of working and a pronounced quality awareness. You work independently, think solution-oriented and secure the timely creation of reliable accounts with your high sense of responsibility.
