Construction Manager Flat Roof Construction - Waterproofing / Roofer (m/f/d)

After a structured incorporation by experienced colleagues, you support the management of our construction projects in the Flachdachbau in the Stuttgart area. You are actively involved in controlling the construction site teams as well as after-contractors and learn to ensure a smooth operation according to VOB. Step by step, you take responsibility for areas of the project organization – from technical clarification to preparation of acceptance. In close cooperation with the project management, you support cost controlling with common construction software and thus contribute to economic success. As a permanent contact person for your team, you can contact customers, architects and suppliers and provide clear communication.

You have completed your studies as a civil engineer/architect or a training as a technician/master. You may also bring professional experience as a construction manager, ideally in flat roof construction or a related structure. You are safe and routined when dealing with the VOB as well as with MS 365 and common construction software. It is an independent way of working, a sense of responsibility and a willingness to perform. You have a class B licence to support your projects in the Stuttgart area. For smooth communication with all project participants, speak German in a safe manner.

An attractive salary package of 48,000 to 55,000 euros per year, supplemented by earnings-related allowances. A company car, also possible as an e-car, which you can use privately.
