Maintenance tasks: Operational management and responsible monitoring and guidance of the professional execution of repair, maintenance and inspection work on the industrial plants as well as on the other management-related disposal and disposal facilities Responsibility for maintenance (maintenance, inspection, repair) throughout the property, including the supervision and acceptance of maintenance work by own personnel and/or other companies (company management) – also outside the electrical engineering plant Self-organization and implementation of maintenance, repair and destruction measures at the industrial plants with monitoring of test periods/ Take over responsibility as a plant operator (w/m/d) of the technical installations Responsible control of troubleshooting and the elimination of disturbances in the area of building automation (building control technology) Initiation of emergency measures in the event of disruption to industrial plants, including outside regular working hours Organisation and monitoring of the test to determine the electrical safety of location-changeable electrical equipment and stationary electrical equipment and the documentation of the test results Monitoring of traffic safety

Handicraft and property personnel instructions: Planning and coordination of the work of craftsmen as well as masters of the house; regular implementation of instruction in the context of occupational safety Technical instructions and regular instruction of the technical personnel (as a secondary responsible electrical power) Development, implementation and control of occupational safety measures for local and foreign staff Creation of risk assessments Participation in readiness (24/7)

Qualification: Master of Electrical Engineering (w/m/d) with previous completed vocational training in the field of electrical engineering with the focus on energy and building technology or operating technology or Master (w/m/d) of electrical engineering with previous completed vocational training as an electronic engineer (w/m/d), electrical equipment engineer (w/m/d), electrical installation technician (w/m/d), electrical installation technician (w/m/d) or electrician/electrist (w/m/d) with equipment-specific certificate of expertise. The certificate of expertise on one of the above mentioned areas is a prerequisite for the transfer of the advertised activities/workplace. Competences: Multiannual professional experience in the field of installation work and the elimination of electrical installations Operational knowledge in the area of building automation (GA)/ building control technology (GLT) Good knowledge of DIN-VDE standards and the generally accepted rules of technology Switching authorization for medium-voltage systems or the willingness to acquire them Certificates of expertise in the areas of fire, smoke detection, burglary and elevator installations or the willingness to acquire them at short notice Knowledge in handling measuring and testing equipment User knowledge of IT standard applications (Microsoft Office) Other: driving licence classes B and BE, as well as the willingness to conduct motor vehicles independently readiness to verify safety pursuant to Federal Security Review Act (SÜG) readiness for missions and for the execution of the above-mentioned tasks Range of workstation Willingness to participate in one-day and multi-day training events throughout the federal territory Willingness to order as a responsible person, e.g. for electrical skills and to take over responsibilities, e.g. plant responsibility Physical/health suitability Green, careful and reliable operation Good organization skills Good opinion Own initiative and capacity for creative and conceptual work Ability to work independently, target-oriented and safe even with increased work volume Good communication skills Customer- / address-oriented behavior Ability to team-oriented action, critique Good judgment
