As a production employee (m/w/d), you are an important part of our team and make sure that the production processes run smoothly. Your task is to operate machines, check products and contribute to quality assurance. You work in shiftwork (spring, late and night shifts) and contribute with your energy and commitment to making the processes efficient. Thanks to our driving service, which brings you to work on time and safely back home, the stress of arrivals remains.

• You serve and monitor production machines and equipment.
• You carry out quality controls and visual checks.
• You're preparing materials for production.
• You support the cleaning and maintenance of the equipment.
• You work in the 4-shift system and provide readiness for flexible working time design.

We are looking for

If you have just completed your training or gained first experience in the production area, you are right here. We focus on your motivation, your commitment and your willingness to work in a layer system. German knowledge from level B2 is required to ensure that the communication in the team works smoothly. Reliability and accuracy are also your prerequisites.

• You have German knowledge at least on B2 level.
• You bring ready for early, late and night shifts.
• You are reliable and can work precisely.
• You may have first production experience or are motivated to collect them.
