For the cross-sectional support, personnel systems, personnel management and control systems division, we are looking for reinforcement as a system and platform architect Personalsysteme (m/w/d) for the next possible appointment for the Münster, Hannover or Frankfurt am Main locations.

Note: The department is predominantly located at Frankfurt am Main and Hanover locations.

FI's staff systems include highly integrated solutions to support employees in the Sparkassenfinanzgruppe. The Human Resources Management Systems department develops modern frontends, interfaces and services to link the various personal systems.

Your tasks:

• Creation of cross-platform concepts for the strategic development of personnel systems
• Leadership of developer teams as part of the further development to achieve the strategic goals
• Implementation of benchmark analyses to further develop staff systems state-of-the-art
• Development of solutions for the continuous optimization of the existing platform
• Takeover and responsibility of project management tasks (project engineering responsibility)
• Support, support and evaluation of technical and technical specifications

Your profile:

• Complete study of computer science or business informatics or comparable qualification
• Experience in multi-mandant server environments in data center operation
• Experience in service-oriented, cloud-based architectures
