Training Officer - Food Technology / AEVO (m/f/d)

You plan and control the entire training cycle in our food production – from contract creation to operational planning to organizing events. As a central contact person, you accompany our trainees, promote their professional and personal development and conduct regular feedback talks. You actively shape the learning content and ensure that important topics such as food law and quality management are taught in practice. You work closely with the specialist departments and, as an interface, you contact vocational schools, the IHK and other external partners. You prepare the trainees specifically for their interim and final exams and thus secure the qualified young people for our company.

You have a completed training in the food sector or have a comparable, well-founded professional experience. A valid AEVO training certificate is an important prerequisite for this role. Ideally, you could already gain first experience in the guidance of employees or trainees. With your communicative, organized and responsible way, you have a lot of pleasure in promoting junior people. You speak German (C2 level).
