For our Deals business unit, we are looking for you as Consultant Financial Due Diligence - Real Estate (w/m/d). It's waiting for you Transaction consulting – You support our national and international real estate clients in the preparation and execution of real estate transactions (share deal/asset deal). Expertise – You advise investors, fund companies, stockholders, banks and industrial companies on all issues of real estate investment as well as on finance and capital markets. Project work – Together with your team, you successfully implement your property and business expertise in projects related to Corporate Finance Real Estate and Real Estate M&A. You can also support the Mergers & Acquisitions, corporate assessment and restructuring areas if required. That's what you bring You have completed your studies in economics, industrial engineering, real estate economics or a comparable degree course.

You will bring first experience in real estate or transaction consulting, due diligence, real estate assessment or investment banking, which you could collect, for example, through internships.

You have knowledge of real estate, accounting and/or investment and financing.

You master the languages German and English fluent in word and writing.

Your communication strength makes it easy for you to enter service-oriented on our customers.
