As a technician qualification Pharma Maschinenbau (m/w/d) you are part of Optima Pharma. In the development and production of intelligent turnkey filling solutions including isolator and freeze dryers, you will work with the pharmaceutical and biotech industry. Future-oriented, sustainable and flexible.

In your new role, you are responsible for the qualification of our pharmaceutical plants – both at the Schwäbisch Hall site and directly at our international customers on site.You carry out GMP-compliant IQ and OQ tests independently and actively drive the continuous optimization of our qualification processes.With your eye for detail, you are able to create test reports, documentation and material certificates transparent and reliable.Thanks to your expertise and organizational skills, you are able to ensure that Their commitment and innovative ideas help to continuously improve our training processes and make them more sustainable. You have successfully completed a technical study or a technical training with a further training to the technician/master.Ideally you will bring experience in pharmaceutical machine and plant engineering, especially in the fields of qualification and commissioning.As a cross-entry, we also give experienced technicians, in-company workers and service technicians a chance. Very good knowledge of German and English is required for the smooth exchange in the house and with our international customers on site (traveling about 30%).
