Strategic Facility Management Officer

In our eleven-member team infrastructure, you take over as a central contact person: all infrastructural issues in education. As an internal service provider of object management, you develop environmentally and resource-saving management concepts and establish uniform standards including cost planning. In doing so, you transfer proven processes from school building to university and sports facilities and pay attention to consistent implementation. They develop sustainable and cross-object management concepts and set uniform standards including Cost planning fixed. Existing facility management processes from school building are targeted at real estate in higher education and sports facilities. They advise and support our object managers:inside the operational management of their sites. They already introduce requirements for efficient later management into the planning and implementation phase of construction projects at an early stage. They are responsible for the quality assurance of our processes and check compliance with the specified standards.

Complete technical studies (e.g. facility management, building technology, architecture, civil engineering or industrial engineering) or comparable qualification (e.g. technician:in, master:in) First professional experience in facility management – operational or technical supervision Ideally experience in the management of technically demanding properties e.g. B. in the field of research and teaching Embossed communication and team skills as well as a sovereign handling of various internal and external contacts High level of initiative, sense of responsibility and strategic thinking Joy of interdisciplinary cooperation across object boundaries
