In the indoor service, you support our ten-person customer service team and advise pharmacies on the entire product portfolio of the Zukunftspakt Apotheke.

Onboarding new customers including training of our product world First contact person of these new customers for all functions of the system and for the use of tools and processes Other tasks: Initial consultation of interested parties and the dispatch of marketing documents 1st level support with the aim of direct solution of first technical problems and coordination of complex inquiries with internal specialist departments complaint and complaint management Close cooperation with internal specialist departments such as 2nd level, product management and marketing Coordination of the back design of my life customer magazine with customers and logistics partners Accompanying our existing customers with new challenges in the digital world (e.g. E-Rezept) You work with different tools & systems

You are an immatricated student, you are available for us with about 20 hours per week You have fun communicating with different personalities, whether by phone or email You master the German language in word and writing very well You are digitally affin and interested in health issues
