Senior Account Manager (m/w/d) Full-time or part-time (min. 80%)

You serve our private customers on all insurance topics. You provide real-time access through all our communication channels. You are actively involved in the implementation of our growing sales strategy. You are also responsible for the effective acquisition of new customers through our multi-channel distribution. You provide a contemporary service experience for our customers to strengthen customer loyalty.

You have completed vocational training as a merchant for insurance and finance or comparable knowledge. Your claim is to create a high-quality, fall-closing and accommodating processing of customer requests. You enjoy customer contact and media-based communication (Chat, Telephony, Video Consulting) for relationship care and customer acquisition. You are eager and a team player You have good knowledge of the common Microsoft Office applications You have certain knowledge of German in word and writing. Good English skills desirable.
