You build the flexgold brand and increase sales by scalable, data-driven influencer campaigns with high range, confidence and performance You identify, evaluate and assign appropriate influencers, bloggers, YouTubers and other relevant creators You develop creative, authentic collaboration formats together with content, social and performance marketing You build long-term influencer partnerships and focus on brand fit, credibility and strategic reach You control and monitor relevant KPIs such as sales contribution, CPA, ROI, range, engagement and conversion You actively shape internationalization by selecting suitable partners in new markets and localized go-to-market concepts with

You have experience in strategic and operational influencer marketing, ideally in a D2C or e-commerce environment You have a sense of trends, platforms, formats and target groups You have experience in working with Creators on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube & Co You have a hand-on mentality with high self-responsibility and international openness You have very good analytical skills, understand KPIs and you can implement them in action You have communication and negotiation skills at eye level and very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing (min. C1 level)
