In order to strengthen our team in Bielefeld, we are looking for you in full time for the 01.07.2026 (m/w/d) network for the RE 34 network.

Self-monitoring and disposition of train journeys taking into account traffic requirements as well as ensuring punctuality in the event of a control and malfunction Information and coordination of drivers, customer service providers and passenger information for short-term road map deviations and changes Own-responsible organisation of replacement traffic in short-term roadblocks and train failures Procurement and coordination of replacement personnel in short-term personnel failures Detailed documentation of the current operating situation including all deviations from the control operation and vehicle malfunctions Vehicle deployment planning

Completed vocational training Ideally multiannual experience as a disponent or in a comparable activity, preferably in the SPNV Enforced personality with pronounced solution orientation and empathy in dealing with employees Very good communication skills in word and writing High commitment and strong team skills Flexibility and unrestricted willingness to work on shifts (breakfast/night shift, including weekends and holidays) High loadability, in particular with increased work volume and in malfunction situations Safe handling of MS Office applications, especially Outlook and Excel Knowledge of the handling of IVU systems is desirable, in particular in the personnel and vehicle disposition program
