What you do with us:

You show commitment in brand and brand purchase: at supplier, procurement and quality level.

You conduct independently tenders, supplier negotiations and annual discussions.

With us you are close to the products: you accompany tastings to ensure the quality of goods for our customers in the in-house tasting center. Supplier visits and inspection of production facilities are an integral part of your activities.

You are in the middle: You are the interface between our own production Wilhelm Brandenburg and the strategic business units REWE and Penny.

You have everything in mind: Together with the team's assistants, you will ensure the careful and complete maintenance of all data (stem data, conditions, data relevant to sales) as well as the availability of goods.

You are responsible for the development and implementation of measures for assortment and price optimization as well as the coordination of these measures with other departments.

Sustainability is an important topic for you? With us you can actively co-determine the transformation to environmentally friendly food production. You accompany projects in the field of animal welfare, bio and sustainable procurement.

You are in the process of shaping the future of the latest nutrition trends and taking responsibility in the care of existing articles and development of product innovations.

Your analytical skills do not come too short: The market monitoring and analysis of the competition in terms of the range and market prices, incl. Trendscouting to identify product innovations.

You look beyond the borders: You don't buy exclusively for the German market, but you actively use the exchange with our international business units to bundle needs and thus realize a higher common purchasing volume.

You are actively promoting innovation, identifying new suppliers and products, and in particular developing the range of activities at PENNY as well as the Rewe Premium brand “Rewe Feine Welt”.
