multi-year professional experience in the Concierge area of a luxury hotel or a comparable guest service function very good knowledge of the cultural landscape in Düsseldorf and the surrounding area excellent communication skills in German and English; further languages of advantageous structured organizational capacity, resilience and the gift of fulfilling all wishes with an open personality strong hospitality, a high sense of responsibility and quality, discretion, professionalism Experience in dealing with Opera as well as knowledge in Word, Excel and Outlook a class B driving licence Membership in the association “The Golden Key Germany e.V.” desirable
