Implementation of the Vantage Towers strategy to ensure business success Identification of possibilities with landlords via telephone, e-mail or other suitable communication channels Preparation and presentation of purchase offers to landlords in a professional and convincing way Control of external service providers to achieve corporate and personal goals Building and maintaining trusted relationships with landlords by understanding their needs and promoting cooperation Function as a central contact for the German site acquisition team to identify and support new opportunities

Senior Account Manager (m/w/d) At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in sales and/or real estate Comprehensive knowledge of the real estate sector and its dynamics Experience gained in the management of service providers or networks of agencies and teams in the real estate sector Experience in negotiating and managing framework agreements with landlords Controlling various negotiation tools and tactics to effectively convince landlords readiness to travel according to the requirements of the position German and English knowledge in word and writing (C1)
