Responsibility for gastronomic operation within our sauna area Monthly service planning as well as holiday planning of staff Ensuring a smooth run in daily business Control and compliance with quality and hygiene standards Participation in the preparation of food and beverages Working with the organisation and implementation of gastronomic processes at events/events. Close cooperation with the department management Operational cooperation Guidance, motivation and guidance of staff Local contact for guests and employees
