Multiannual professional experience in the field of medical device preparation and successful qualification for sterilization assistant (m/w/d) graduate course II of the DGSV or Willingness to acquire this qualification in the course of incorporation. Or completed training for medical device preparation (FMA) Willingness to continue and further education Good MS Office knowledge Knowledge of the master data management of an AEMP Communication and team skills and strong leadership understanding Ability to work in a solution and customer-oriented manner Proactive action to avoid errors Flexibility and readiness for shiftwork
