Process and Quality Manager Credit Organization in the area of Credit & Risk Management (m/f/d)

You analyze and optimize our credit processes and work closely with credit transfer, process and risk management. You accompany the implementation of regulatory requirements such as MaRisk and KWG and keeps in mind quality and efficiency. You are a key player for our credit managers and ensure a high quality of data in the credit sector. You participate in the validation of decision-making and rating systems, risk-relevance limits and other risk parameters. You develop decision templates and accompany new technical applications and releases in the core system from development to implementation. You take the technical responsibility for outsourcing and credit authorizations.

You have a degree in business or finance or a comparable training with corresponding professional experience. You bring well-founded experience in credit business and credit processes, ideally in the commercial environment. You are well aware of MaRisk, KWG and regulatory requirements. You have experience in analyzing and optimizing business processes. You work structured and analytically and convince with team spirit and solution orientation. You bring experience in project work as well as system adjustments and introductions.
