In this setting, you accompany, support, promote and coordinate not only your team, but also assistants: all-encompassing. As a team leader, it is your task to support and advise people with disabilities in their individual skills. You are responsible for the monitoring, control and planning of the assistants:in the respective places of use. Whether incorporating, feedback talks or sustainable documentation – you have a critical look when it comes to quality and motivates people to develop professionally and personally. In the coordination of services and holidays, you pay attention to fairness and individual wishes. You support assistants:inside and your team with your care skills and thus ensure comprehensive support. Outside the office or business hours, you take two to four willingnesses a month.

We are looking forward to your meaningful application documents if you have a successfully completed training as a nurse/career:in, health care and nursing caregiver:in, nurse:in, a completed study of social work (B.A), as a dipl, social worker:in (m/w/d) or social education:in (m/w/d) (FH) Assistant doctor:in (Medical:r Specialist:r) or a comparable training and a multiannual professional experience.
