This is one of your tasks: Responsibility for controlling and further developing participation controlling, including budgeting, forecasting and reporting Processing and analysis of financial data to support strategic decision-making Active Support of Shareholder Relations: Creating Presentations and Reports for a Regular and Transparent Information Flow Development and implementation of strategies for communication with shareholders Experiences in due diligence processes and value enhancement measures Support for the creation and consolidation of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts by IFR Development, monitoring and analysis of financial indicators and KPIs to assess corporate performance Support in the creation of management reports and ad hoc analyses for management and shareholders. Implementation and optimization of controlling processes and tools to increase the efficiency and transparency of financial reporting

Successfully completed studies in the field of business management, finance, controlling or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in equity controlling, corporate controlling or financial controlling, optimally also with big-source experience in corporate finance or transaction services Experience in cooperation and communication with shareholders in the private equity environment Knowledge of the consolidation of subsidiaries and intercompany agreements Experience in cost and performance accounting and liquidity planning Very good knowledge of common ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel Excellent analytical skills and a pronounced numerical understanding Sovereign appearance, communication strength and team capability German and English skills
