SAP SuccessFactors Consultant – Employee Central

Configuration and development of Employee Central Administration and optimization of cutting points (e.g. CPI, BTP) Planning and implementation of integration between SAP and non-SAP systems Integration of new systems and components into existing systems Error analysis, 3rd level support and collaboration with external service providers Very close and agile cooperation with internal departments Proactive alignment with regulatory requirements (e.g. DORA, VAIT) and safeguarding compliance

Completed studies in the field of computer science, business information or comparable quality Experience in the field of SAP CPI (design, deploy and run of cloud integrations) Experience in project management and implementation of software solutions, especially in an international context Knowledge and practical experience in managing SAP SuccessFactors Knowledge of SAP integration technologies or hybrid (cloud & on-premise) architectures Embossed communication and team skills High level of self-initiative and interest in agile and innovative work German language skills and very good English skills (C1) in word and writing No one is perfect and not all career paths are straight.
