Upgrading and conversion of the SMD assembly line and optimization of the plant settings for a smooth production process Monitoring and ensuring a stable SMT process – from transport, solder paste printing and AOI to SMD fitting and reflow soldering Implementation of machine maintenance according to the specified documentation to ensure high plant availability Independent and responsible processing of production orders Active participation of production processes through own ideas and continuous improvement proposals

Complete technical vocational training, e.g. as a machine and plant leader, electronic engineer, mechatronic, industrial electrician, or a comparable qualification Experience in electronics manufacturing is a plus Embossed technical understanding and safe handling of PC-assisted systems Motivated team player with an independent, careful and quality-conscious operation Willingness to shift work together to ensure a smooth production process
