Sales strategy & market development Development and implementation of targeted sales strategies in the field of semiconductor production in close cooperation with local sales Analysis of market trends and developments Identification of new business opportunities Building partnerships & networks Acquisition of new partners, customers and cooperations Care and sustainable development of existing business relations Leadership of contract and price negotiations Customer management Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships at all levels Advice on product solutions, process optimization and technological innovations Planning and implementation of customer appointments and presentations Preparation of technical presentations for sales Ensuring high customer satisfaction and developing individual key account strategies Supply and Project Management Creation of offers, cost calculations and technical specifications in close coordination with development and product management Control of the entire distribution process – from initial request to successful conclusion of the contract Project transfer to the CPM team after order entry Close cooperation with internal interfaces (e.g. production, R&D, quality management) Support for the launch of new products and technologies Reporting and Controlling Creation of regular forecasts, reports and performance analyses Company representation at international trade fairs, conferences and industry events

Complete studies in engineering or comparable qualifications At least ten years of professional experience in the distribution of semiconductor plants readiness for international missions Careful, independent and structured operation Sovereign appearance as well as experience in performing technical presentations - even before a large audience (500+) Impressed communication skills and the ability to accept and implement constructive feedback Very good knowledge of English (in word and writing)
