As part of our team, you support the implementation of the Mercedes-Benz production system (MPS). MPS, our innovative management system, combines strategies and methods to make all processes in the production sector at the highest level. As MPS consultants, we analyze and optimize processes along the entire value chain. Our unique consulting approach as a Lean Consultant distinguishes us from classic business engineers and process optimisers. We work hand in hand with employees on site and report both lower and middle and upper management. What makes us special? We independently acquire our projects and serve the heads of our production areas personally. Flexibility is our first priority: we design our working hours in agreement with our customers, ourselves. Our commitment goes beyond pure advice. We create and moderate interactive workshops and enable our customers to apply the principles of the MPS independently. Through targeted training within the projects, we ensure that sustainable improvements are achieved. Our consulting areas are diverse and include logistics, quality, assembly, production, and original and forming. These challenges and tasks come to you: As a valuable member, you actively support our MPS experts in implementing optimization projects

Your tasks include the precise analysis of production processes for identifying optimization potentials as well as the development of innovative solution proposals to increase efficiency, effectiveness and production quality

In addition, you support the implementation and follow-up of these measures

You play a key role in the preparation and implementation of workshops

In addition, you contribute to the creation of management documents based on analysis and project results

You develop and implement qualification measures to enable our customers to implement the measures defined in the project in a sustainable manner

You are actively involved in managing your management routines and bring your expertise to various projects in order to best support our team of consultants

You are actively involved in project management/project management

Degree course in the field of production engineering, value added management, engineering education, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, industrial engineering, technical business management, or a comparable degree course
