We are looking for technical support for our locations in Singen and Langenargen. The following activities include: You are responsible for the successful commercial execution of our construction projects After consultation with:the technical controller, create and analyze the monthly performance and earnings forecasts as well as the project report The project-related creation of monthly and annual accounts will run with you as by yourself The receivables, payments and guarantees are always at your disposal You burn for creditor and debitor accounting In addition, the testing and processing of supplier:internal and post-contractors:internal calculations in your area of responsibility You support our procurement department in the production and evaluation of price levels, conduct order negotiations with our supplier:inside and after-contractors:inside and conclude contracts

You have a completed vocational training on:the industrial businessman:wife or an economic study You already have a multi-year professional experience Knowledge in a billing and calculation program, e.g. RIB iTWO are advantageous You have good user knowledge in Office 365 and are enthusiastic for various digital applications You have a number understanding, enforcement ability and are happy to work in a team You are committed, work independently and responsibly You have a passion for our region and their people
