Management of the service area with budget, sales and personnel responsibility Personelle, professional and organizational management of the employees:in the service area Implementation of quarterly team meetings (personal, with agenda) Professional and personal development of the employees Proactive sale of maintenance, spare parts, replacement engines and upgrades to engines and BHKW systems as well as maintenance and maintenance contracts Regular customer visits and on-site consulting activities, including customer-year calls with log on to each customer Participation in sales events such as trade fairs or similar events Service contract management: definition of the scope of services and the delivery limits Technical responsibility for the service area clarification of invoices with customers and internal departments Central contact for customers in the escalation case

Training in the field of technology, economy or a comparable qualification Multiannual experience in a leadership position, ideally in the service or sales area of the energy or high-end technology industry Impressed leadership and communication skills and negotiation skills Self-employed and structured working with high self-motivation Technical understanding and affinity for BHKW plants and engine technology readiness to travel within the service area Safe handling of MS Office and ideally experience with CRM systems
