We extend our service in the field of green plant and garden care at the Potsdam site and are looking for an experienced gardener or green nurse (m/w/d) with a driver's license for these areas at the next possible time.

Your duties

• Coordination of personnel, staff management
• Instruction of employees
• Object control, quality assurance
• Customer support (e.g. backspachen, complaints)
• Control, inventory, order of equipment
• appointment
• practical support of our team of green nurses and gardeners on site
• practical support in winter service during the season

They are preferably working full-time and are active in customer objects in the Potsdam/Brandenburg region. Our services include maintenance of public and private green areas, gardens and land of commercial and private customers.

Your profile

• relevant professional experience in horticultural and landscape construction or a comparable qualification
• ambitious cross-enterers with leadership potential are also welcome
• preferably practical experience in the function as a foreman or team leader, in the employee organization and quality control
• Joy in working with plants
• Basic EDV knowledge (Office, Excel, Outlook)
• physically resilient, team-ready, quality awareness and structured working
• valid license class B or 3
• friendly appearance, communication skills
• Basic knowledge German language (min. level B1/B2)
