Finded professional experience in maritime logistics or shipping, ideally with first leadership experience Very good knowledge of ship handling, customs processes, hazardous goods handling (IMO) and handling of booking systems Impressed organizational strength and high quality and responsibility Experience in performance control, e.g. based on KPIs, target agreements and reviews Very good knowledge of German and English as well as communication skills, a sense of decision and a motivating, team-oriented leadership personality Readiness to travel between our Hamburg and Bremen locations, where Hamburg is your main location.
