For our customers, Siemens Energy Global GmbH & Co. KG, we are now looking for a technical office (m/w/d) for a construction site in Kupferzell as part of the employee transfer.

Your tasks:

• Finishing of mainly Back Office works that are on site
• Support for the documentation (Field Quality Reports, FQR) after completion of the building manager with independent tracking
• Processing of red entries on construction site plans, transfer to specialist departments, follow-up to the creation of the As-Built documentation
• Coordination/cooperation with construction manager and Doku management of the customer company
• Work with the tools PlanRadar and Procore (after introduction/introduction, without prior knowledge)

Your profile:

• Complete technical training with professional experience
• Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
• Technical understanding of building site activity (but not necessarily for the functioning of components)
• knowledge of building processes and the classification of the fitness points – with customer relevance according to ÄField Quality Plan – (Method Statement) to inform announcements
• Secure handling of Word, Excel (Grundlagen), pdf-Edit to create templates, documents, tables etc.
