· We have created this new position to expand our capabilities in the areas of ‘IC Services’ and ‘TP Controversy’. You will be involved in the operational development of our group-wide IC service Processes and support our group companies in TP audits and other TP controversy topics (especially MAPs) · In addition, you will be the contact person for individual Group companies and central functions in the area of transfer pricing from a strategic, balancing and tax perspective and thus support the entire range of transfer pricing topics · You will be responsible for designing and implementing projects further develop our TP system and coordinate collaboration with internal stakeholders and external consultants · Your tasks will include the further development of the Group's internal transfer pricing guidelines and monitoring their implementation and realisation

· You have successfully completed a university degree in business administration, economics or law or have a comparable qualification. If you have thus obtained a tax consultant or similar qualification, this is an advantage, but not a must · You have gained broad experience in the field of transfer pricing ideally in an international auditing or tax consulting firm or in the tax department of an international corporation · You are familiar with the topic of ‘IC services’ from a legal and operational perspective.
