Head of Quality Assurance (m/f/d)

Leadership and organisation: You take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of quality management at Hude and Altmoorhausen locations and ensure a clear distribution of tasks, capacity planning and the further development of the team. Operational quality assurance: You are responsible for operational quality assurance, including incoming goods checks, inspection planning, deficiencies reports, special releases, committee and post-work measures. Complaint management: You process customer and supplier complaints, introduce effective deployment measures and monitor their sustainable implementation. Supplier Quality: You represent suppliers in quality topics, define test regulations, conduct supplier discussions and advance supplier quality improvements. Interface Management: You act as an interface between quality management, construction, production, purchasing, work preparation and suppliers. Audits and Quality Management System: You prepare internal and external audits, support the further development of the quality management system and ensure compliance with relevant standards. Key figures and improvement management: You control quality via key figures, analyze weaknesses and advance improvements in product quality, process stability, error costs and complaint rate. Cross-site cooperation: You regularly tune with the other QW leaders and participate in cross-site standards and improvement projects.

Technical qualification: You have a degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, production technology or a comparable technical qualification; technical training, for example as an industrial mechanic, is helpful. Experience in quality management: You have several years of experience in the quality of a manufacturing company, ideally in mechanical engineering, plant engineering, automotive engineering or agricultural engineering. Management experience: You could gain experience in the professional and/or disciplinary leadership of employees in the quality environment. Methodology competence: You have knowledge of methods and tools of quality management and quality assurance, for example 8D, cause analysis, test planning, initial sample testing, auditing, complaint management and supplier development. Technical understanding: You have a strong technical understanding and a safe handling of technical drawings, manufacturing processes and assembly processes. Structured procedure: You have a systematic, independent and responsible way of working with high quality awareness and a clear focus on results. English knowledge: You can communicate safely in English to work with our international suppliers.
