Foreman / Foreman Civil Engineering – Special Civil Engineering Focus on excavations, shoring and foundations (m/f/d)

Whether you press spund walls, create profiles or drill piles – we pack it up, clean, reliable and with modern equipment. In addition, our own steel construction comes: constructions and constructions come from a single source. For our construction sites in Berlin / Brandenburg as well as the nationwide use we are looking for you as Polier / Vorarbeiter Tiefbau – Spezialtiefbau Focus on building mines, construction and foundations (m/w/d)

You conduct your column – independently or in close cooperation with the building management – and share your own and post-contracting staff You coordinate the device deployment and make sure that machines and crew are in the right place at the right time You plan and control the design – with regard to dates, quality and economic processes You document the progress of construction sites reliably in building day reports You participate in construction meetings and support the construction management in coordination with clients and partners You determine material requirements, dispose deliveries and keeps quantity, quality and availability under control You look at safety and the environment – so everyone can come home healthy and the construction site runs clean

A training in civil engineering – or a further training for the tested polish (even with a master letter) Multiannual experience as a polisher, foreman or in a comparable role on civil engineering/special construction sites Routine in the column guide: You pack up, give clear announcements and keep your team on track Good handling for devices & procedures: You coordinate machines and inserts so that the construction site runs round Driving license class B + E – you are mobile and come to any construction site Ready for temporary assembly if the project requires Reliability, ready-to-use and flexibility – you can leave even if it gets tight Enforcement & leadership skills: You meet decisions, stay calm and work independently
