We are looking for a home technician (m/w/d) to strengthen our maintenance team at the Oranienburg site.

You monitor and maintain the entire building technology on the factory premises You carry out roundings, detect defects and eliminate first disturbances You do maintenance and maintenance work on domestic installations and facilities You maintain, coordinate and monitor service companies You document and edit in the CAFM system

You have a completed vocational training as an electrician, electronic engineer for energy and building technology or Operating technology, gas/water installer, heating builder or comparable qualification You have ideally already worked in a comparable position If you bring comprehensive knowledge (e.g. fire protection, air conditioning, ventilation, refrigeration, or building control) or experience in the field of pressure vessels and CAFM systems, this is advantageous You are sure to use common PC software You bring craftsmanship, communication skills and motivation
