In your position, you take telephone requests or Responding to complaints and reaping as fast as reliable as the first contact person*in on customer calls and emails. As an important interface between warehouse, transport service provider and our customer, you can ensure a smooth logistics process and make a decisive contribution to delivery reliability and quality. In your role, various support processes coordinate. Last but not least, you support measures in quality management and consistently adhere to all requirements in terms of occupational safety.

For this you are a specialist in warehouse logistics or have successfully completed a comparable training. In addition, you are redirected with common warehouse management systems as well as with MS Office - knowledge in SAP would be a valuable addition. You can master well in word and writing, in general you score with communication skills, an exemplary appearance and a pronounced customer orientation.
