Business Control Specialist (w/m/d)

This place is preferably occupied in parttime (60-90%). A full-time occupation is also possible.

You keep our Tribe audit-ready by coordinating audits with a watch eye, preparing documents and making sure that our actions are completed cleanly and correctly. As the first point of contact with any issues, you accompany the entire process from opening to closing. Whether Target Date, Re-Rating or Reporting: You will always find pragmatic, structured and reliable solutions. Also our outsourcing and service provider chance you have in your hands, take care of selection and onboarding, conduct sovereign contract and price negotiations, and keeps your eye on risk checks and offboarding. SLAs, SRM-Reportings, Service Control Boards and Contingency – In the Service-Governance, you allow all wheels to interlock, recognize problems before You arise and escalate them if necessary. And of course answer You always ask how we can get even better, make processes and controls slim, effective and user-friendly and proactively translate regulations into understandable to-dos for our 1st Line of Defence.

Completed studies in economics/laws, (economic)informatics or a comparable qualification Experience in governance / risk / compliance, audit management, issue management or outsourcing / vendor management in a regulated environment To understand complex issues quickly, to translate into decisions and to consistently implement them Enthusiasm for documentation and the formulation of everyday standards Excellent stakeholder management at different hierarchical levels Structured working together with a good risk and pragmatism Clear, calm and solution-oriented communication Ability to think beyond your own horizon and develop sustainable solutions Very good German and English in word and writing
