In this position, you are responsible for ensuring a stable, safe and performant operation of specialist applications of our departments (e.g. HR, QM, SCM). As part of the ongoing operation, you will be able to address the incident, problem and change management (2nd & 3rd level support). In addition, you plan and control releases, patches and upgrades and keep the system availability, performance and data quality in mind. The management of user roles and permissions, the maintenance of system documentation and the safeguarding of consistent data flows and end-to-end processes are also part of your task. In addition, you translate business requirements into technical concepts, control customization and extensions, perform tests, analyze cutting point problems and work on projects, rollouts and migrations. You work closely with the IT architecture and other application managers.

A completed study of economic infor­mation / infor­mation, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification is the basic position for this position. Ideally, you bring professional experience in application care and have a good understanding of complex system landscapes. Your knowledge of process modelling (e.g. BPMN) and methods of business process optimisation are excellent. In addition, you have a technical understanding of customizing, workflows and interfaces (e.g. REST, SOAP, integration in third-party systems). Your profile is rounded off by experience in project management (classical or agile) as well as by embossed communication skills and analytical thinking.
