Financial Accountant Real Estate (m/f/d)

Our real estate division consists of a large portfolio of residential and commercial properties, as well as educational institutions that we as long-term stockholders. A solid set of figures is the basis for sustainable business and therefore we are looking for a financial accounting age (m/w/d) - min. 25h / week.

You are responsible for the entire accounting of our individual project companies. From receipt of invoice, through confirmation to payment. You keep an overview of the whole and at the same time process precise and reliable individual booking cases. You control the invoice release via our digital document system in Agicap, monitor payment targets and execute payment runs through You perform the correct consolidation of business incidents, and you can independently evaluate more complex property-specific cases You agree on individual cases with the contact persons of our house administration, personal contact is of course for you You first complete the month and present it to the management You prepare the numbers for the current tax registration and execute the message independently Contact with financial offices and tax advisors runs via your table friendly, professional, binding

You have a specialist training – for example as a tax specialist, and have first experience in real estate Finance, Accounting and Tax Law are not foreign words for you, but exciting topics where you keep an overview You have experience in handling accounting software (e.g. DATEV) and are safe to use MS Office You work analytically, structured and responsibly, have a good understanding of numbers and have the pleasure of actively shaping processes Teamwork is important to you – you communicate openly, move discreetly with sensitive data and are motivated to move something together
