Technical Support Construction Management Gas/Water (m/f/d)

Your support includes the support of our Gas/Water building management, from work preparation to material ordering, to the completion of measures, by providing digital building records with quality assurance, requiring missing documents and providing information for other areas. In addition, you will check construction documentation, keep dates, documents and billing in mind and ensure complete and regular operations. You keep our systems and data up-to-date, reflect relevant information in SAP, GIS, Lovion and SharePoint lists, and make it a completely clean documentation. Furthermore, you coordinate internal departments, external service providers and authorities, communicate solution-oriented, track open points such as droppings of high-pressure measures and deficiencies and thus ensure smooth processes. Your role as a waste manager includes the vision of analyses, the impact of accompanying notes and the creation of annual evaluations, in addition, you support as a fallback level in the field of asphalt construction sites and enable a strong presence of our construction officers on the construction sites as well as efficient and high-quality construction processing.

Your completed training as a plant mechanic with proven commercial competencies or as a technician in the field of gas/water, construction technicians or with comparable qualifications forms the basis of your theoretical expertise. You also have knowledge of public networks and installations in the fields of gas/water, electricity and gas as well as basic knowledge of the relevant technical and legal regulations. Ideally, you bring practical experience in line deep construction or road construction and use it for a careful operation.
