Commercial Assistant in Facility Management (m/f/d)

You trigger orders from our suppliers and contractors, check and process proofs of performance and invoices. You work closely with purchasing and support in preparing and conducting negotiations with entrepreneurs. You create offers for our customers, coordinate incoming assignments and initial output invoices. The maintenance of master data and orders in our IT systems is part of your task as well as general commercial activities, such as internal and external correspondence, appointment coordination and placement.

Completed commercial training Professional experience in similar position desirable Structured, careful and reliable operation Teamability and Communication Strength Safe handling of MS Office
