Professional and disciplinary leadership of the accounting team (Creditors and Debitors) Promotion and further development of accounting for branches in Germany Project management for internal projects Professional processing of daily business and ensuring workflow Responsible for internal process optimization and project developments Key-user ERP System Sage and Oracle as well as Docuware Contact person for internal and external audits Works with further expansion of an open, performance- and development-capable corporate culture Ensuring reporting at GL and shareholder level Creation of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts

Successfully completed commercial training with further training to the account holder (IHK) or completed studies in the field of business, finance, accounting or comparable qualifications Multiannual professional experience in financial and accounting First or multi-year leadership experience in a comparable position desirable Very good knowledge of commercial law (HGB) and well-founded experience in the production of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts Experience in the further development and optimization of financial processes and in project management Safe handling of ERP systems, preferably Sage, Oracle or comparable systems Very good MS Office knowledge, especially Excel Experience in dealing with document management systems, ideally DocuWare Independent, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation Representative communication and social competence High readiness for responsibility, enforcement and decision-making Team-oriented leadership and joy in the development of employees High quality awareness and reliable and precise operation Good knowledge of German in word and writing as well as knowledge of English in international cooperation
