As a machine operator (m/w/d), you make sure that the process works smoothly and that the castings are processed properly. At the site of use you are responsible for loading, operating and monitoring the system and always have a look at the quality of the parts.

• You will equip the suspensions of the power and free system with black casting and make the parts ready for the blasting process.
• After raying, you clear the curtains and move the workpieces to transport containers for the next steps.
• Inside rays, cleaning and optical testing of the parts are also part of your daily task.
• You will keep the specified beam times according to the applicable requirements and the installed program.
• Remove casting and mold residues such as core sand and blasting agents You can reliably get out of the parts with the help of manipulation.
• The check of the manipulator and the safe operation of the system are your daily tasks.
• The team will help you to combine material flow, quality and workflow.

We are looking for

You are well suited for this position if you already have experience in operating machines or in the metalworking area. You can also perform the tasks safely and responsibly with a training as a construction machine.

• Multiannual professional experience in a metalworking profession or training as a construction machine is advantageous.
• Experience in machine operation makes it easier for you to enter the blasting system.
• A bill is required.
• You work independently, responsibly and keep an overview even with recurring processes.
• Ready-to-use and reliable characterize you.
• The work in the 3-layer system fits well with you.
• A careful handling of castings, plants and work equipment completes your profile.
