Unbox your job – your tasks Further development of our Digital Experience Platform within the meaning of the website and customer portal Expansion and optimization of digital touchpoints along the customer journey with special focus on business impact and scalability Take over the role of Product Owner for Website and Customer Portal Control of the backlog as well as the roadmap and prioritization of requirements along the business value Translation of business requirements into feasible solutions Specification of requirements and close coordination with development teams and departments Responsibility for the DXP architecture and further development of a modern, integrated platform Active driving of innovations such as web and AI topics, LLM visibility, Agentic Readiness, Sales Agents and data-driven use of Buying Signals Development of self-service and “rep-free” experiences Developing digital customer interactions and coordinating external partners such as agencies and service providers

Multiannual experience in dealing with digital platforms, in particular DXP, websites and customer portals Experience in agile methods, ideal as Product Owner Technical understanding in the areas CMS / DXP, APIs and integrations Impressed communication and communication strength and joy in inter-regional cooperation Analytical thinking and structured data-based working methods
