Project Engineer - Operations Key Technology (m/f/d)

Control and monitor the progress of production with regard to quality, costs and appointments according to project-specific key performance indicators (KPI's). Ensuring the detailing of the construction process for the shipbuilding phase and the components. Examination and evaluation of the internal or external allocation of the individual parts to capacity, technical know-how and cost-effectiveness. Analysis of disturbances on the impact on the overall plan and development of immediate solutions to minimize delays. Editing released changes into the respective work packages. Participation in the technical handling of warranties and the determination and coordination of causes of errors.

Experience in process optimization, quality assurance and application of relevant standards (ISO, EN, classification standards). Practical knowledge in planning, implementation and monitoring of projects (IPMA Level C) and in daily production management at the site. First experience in ship and/or plant engineering with insight into the respective manufacturing processes and requirements. Secure handling of MS‐Office, MS Project, Jira, Confluence and basic knowledge in SAP for data and process management. Interdisciplinary cooperation, employee management, clear written and oral communication, as well as pronounced analytical competence and flexibility in technical challenges.
